Our group exercise program is designed to accommodate all
fitness levels. Our instructors are multi-certified and
trained to coach participants who are just starting out or the
experienced exerciser. |

Our wide variety of classes enables you to cross train and
change up your workout routine regularly instead of being
locked into the same old regiment! ALL classes on the schedule
are included in your membership, and we are proud to employ
the BEST instructors in the area! |

Our group exercise staff generally have either American
Council on Exercise or Aerobics and Fitness Association of
America certification for personal training or group
exercise. |
